• Reliable Performance: Employs double-eccentric PTFE sealed butterfly valves and high-quality 2-position 5-way solenoid valves to control pneumatic valves, ensuring the normal operation of the dryer system.
• Unique Design: Ensures uniform distribution of drying and regeneration airflow, eliminating the “short-circuit” phenomenon of high flow velocity at the center and low flow velocity at the edges. The slower airflow velocity through the dryer increases the contact time with the desiccant, ensuring the dew point and reducing pressure loss.
• High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The tower body and high-temperature pipelines are insulated and clad with embossed aluminum plates, eliminating energy waste.
• Long-lasting Stability: Specific pressurization functions ensure uninterrupted air supply during dryer switching. Multiple measures are employed to ensure the bed does not loosen, the desiccant does not wear down, and the desiccant’s service life is extended.
